I tried this over and over and gave up and went to MP4 HEVC, which works. What's odd is that when I open the properties of the MOV file from each side by side from QT and UC they show to be identical. The ones I converted with QuickTime do play. It turned out that the MOVs produced by UniConverter won't play on Plex. I wanted to use MOV so I could play them on both the Apple TVs and the Plex Media Server. I am converting my home video DVDs to another file format. I am glad I got it but there are some things that don't work. It works well to do batch conversions of home videos. Please contact our customer service team? They will help you fix this problem. Overall this a great app and worth the money BUT!!!! If I had to do it over again… I would purchase it from the developers website ONLY… AND NEVER AGAIN USE THE APPLE STORE!!!! and updates it again! FOR GOD SAKES! You can’t go to the developers website because they don’t have any way of recognizing the fact that you purchased the product via the apple store (TOTAL INCOMPETENCE - WOW!).

Eventually the apple store had an update and suddenly the download option was included… (obviously high priorty for me).
